The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable from start to finish. the location was perfect, with easy access to sights like Kensington Palace and the High Street Kensington Design Museum. We loved the spacious room on the 12th floor, complete with all the amenities we needed. the Bugis Street restaurant at the hotel was a highlight, offering delicious Singaporean and Chinese cuisine. And the Tara Tea Lounge was the perfect spot for indulging in traditional English afternoon tea. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!
